【 摘 要 】

The electromagnetic wave equation in graded interface for exponential permeability and exponential permittivity profile was solved using asymptotic iteration method (AIM). In exponential function, we obtained the graded graphs of permittivity and permeability. By using exponential permeability and permittivity profile in Maxwell equation, we reduced Maxwell equation into the second orde differential equation. The second orde differential equation was reduced to AIM-type differential equation using separation variable and suitable parameter. By AIM, the wave vector and field equations were obtained. The field equations were expressed in hypergeometric function.
