【 摘 要 】
This article deals with a cyclone cleaner which separates solid particles from the gas. The influence of the input duct angle and the relation of the conical part of the apparatus to a cylindrical one on the cleaning degree were investigated. 3-d models of the flow channel of the opposite-flow cyclone with input duct angles varied from 0 to 40 conical and cylindrical parts relation from 2:3 to 4:1 were considered. Numerical modelling of a soot clearing process in the opposite-flow cyclone was carried out in the ANSYS Fluent software. The results of 25 different models are presented.
