【 摘 要 】
A laser beam with mixed linear-radial polarization formed by reflection of a linearly polarized light from a 4-sector micropolarizer was focused using a binary zone plate in a focal spot with diameters 0.35±0.02 and 0.38±0.02 of a wavelength.
