【 摘 要 】
An analytical solution for the capillary oscillations of the charged drop in dielectric medium obtained with taking into account the damping due to viscosity. The model has been applied for the estimation of even-even spherical nuclei surface tension and nuclei viscosity. Attenuation factor to nuclear capillary oscillation frequency ratio has been found.【 预 览 】
