【 摘 要 】

Stationary afterglow with Cavity Ring Down Spectrometer was utilized to probe the number densities of H3+, H2D+, HD2+and D3+ions in discharge and afterglow plasma. The recombination rate coefficients for recombination of H2D+and HD2+ions with electrons were obtained from the time decays of overall ion number density at different fractions of [H2]/[D2].
