【 摘 要 】
We analyze the emergence of zero-energy resonance effects in atomic processes occurring inside a plasma throughout a wide range of temperatures and densities. We demonstrate that in the case of dilute plasmas, like those used in magnetic confinement fusion, resonances tend to be blurred by plasma inhomogeneities, and the standard results corresponding to a pure Coulomb potential are recovered as an average effect. On the other hand, high density plasmas like those used in inertial confinement might be tuned to zero-energy resonances, leading to cross sections many times larger, at the threshold energy, than standard estimates.
