【 摘 要 】

We have experimental investigated sputtering ions of ∼MeV209Bi25+,28+collision with metal surfaces by 127° electrostatic coaxial cylindrical energy spectrometer, which enabled us to measure energy spectrum fast over energy of sputtering ions from 0 to 3.5 keV. The results show unprecedented details on the reaction dynamics.
