【 摘 要 】
We present formalism of Time-dependent Exchange Perturbation Theory (TDEPT) built to all orders of perturbation, for arbitrary time dependency of perturbation and apply it to the problem of proton scattering on Lithium atom where we calculate the differential and the total cross-sections.
