【 摘 要 】
This paper introduces the diffusion-drift model for numerical analysis of dynamical processes in injection lasers. The model takes into account the laser's structural features, the mechanisms of spontaneous and stimulated recombination. The numerical simulation of injection lasers with a double heterostructure has been made. The simulation results allowed to determine the validity limits for the proposed model.
