【 摘 要 】

The dielectric properties of the crystals proustite in the frequency of 106-109Hz and a temperature range of 173 to 473 K were studied. The dispersion of the dielectric parameters indicates the existence of non-Debye relaxation mechanism correlates with structural changes in the phase transition region. The charge transfer is temperature activated with an activation energy of 2.40 ± 0.01 eV.
