【 摘 要 】

DNA interaction with metallodiphtalocyanine with different metals (Cu, Ni, Co) and cationic azobenzene containing surfactant was investigated. The influence of concentrations of components and solution ionic strength on complex formation was regarded. The investigation shows the binding of metallodiphtalocyanines with DNA in a solution. The possibility of the formation of multicomponent system (DNA, surfactant and metallophtalocyanine) was examined.
