【 摘 要 】

Monte-Carlo simulations have used to observe both equilibrium and non-equilibrium critical behaviour of Ising thin films with simple cubic lattice structure. The thickness dependency of critical temperature was obtained for metamagnetic thin films. By exploring the short-time scaling dynamics, we have found critical exponents z and θ' for ferromagnetic thin film. Aging effects were discovered for non-equilibrium behaviour of thin ferromagnetic films.
