【 摘 要 】

Present highest energy heavy ion experiments show the dominance of the fluid dynamical processes. The possibility of new collective phenomena, rotation and turbulence occurs, which were known only in macroscopic systems up to now. These cand be detected with a new type of polarization measurements.
