【 摘 要 】

Resonant soft X-ray scattering measurements become one of powerful techniques to probe charge, orbital and spin orderings in strongly correlated electron systems. We have developed new in-vacuum diffractometer with a large vacuum chamber to solve experimental limitations of in-vacuum measurement in soft X-ray energy region, and for future instrumental developments. In this paper, the features of the diffractometer are presented.
