【 摘 要 】

Footprint of shape resonance is observed in angle-resolved rescattering photoelectron spectra (RPS) of CO2induced by intense femtosecond laser pulses. The rescattering spectra are compared with theoretical calculations of the differential cross sections (DCSs) of electron scattering by CO+2. The RPS and DCSs show a clear dip where collision momentum of electron is around 1.2 atomic unit. This dip is interpreted theoretically as the interference of two different shape resonances, where electrons in the continuum states are trapped by the potential barrier of the electron-ion scattering potential.
