【 摘 要 】
Development of methods for the analysis of the structure of non-crystalline materials at the nanoscale is an important challenge for materials research with x-rays. Here, we present the results of modelling of x-ray scattering from a disordered system composed of oxygen tetrahedral pentamers. We apply x-ray cross-correlation analysis to the simulated x-ray data and show that the intensity cross-correlation functions can extract information about the local structure of the system.
