【 摘 要 】
It is forecasted to use new approaches to reduce energy costs for the process of moistening the root-layer of soil and saving natural resources. It was proposed to use electrokinetic phenomena for the cultivation of agricultural products, taking into account the multifactority of technology and the presence of relaxation phenomena. The proposed technology will make it possible to get rid of a number of irrationally used natural resources. This is especially true for the Crimean region and the Volga region. Using this technology in Uzbekistan will allow the elimination of the Aral catastrophe and restoration of the natural balance in this region.
