【 摘 要 】

The passage analyzes maintenance and management plan for terminal storage battery of the distribution network; it analyses causes for increasingly declining of bearing performance for currently applied storage batteries of the distribution network; it proposes and analyzes technological plan for storage battery maintenance, data collection and uploading and collective management and regulation plan for storage batteries.
