【 摘 要 】
Increasing scale of wind power and electric vehicles connected to the power grid bring new challenges to the operation of power system. In this paper, probabilistic scenario is used to represent the uncertainty of wind power and robust theory is introduced to deal with the uncertainty of electric vehicles. Combined with the advantage of Demand response, a day-ahead stochastic robust dispatch model is established. The results of IEEE RTS-24 system demonstrate the validity of the model.
