【 摘 要 】

By means of literature review, e xpert interview, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, through the health survey of 600 male and female workers in Gansu Tibetan area, we find that workers' physical sub-health, phychology sub-health and body diseases are more. In view of the above health conditions, taking physical exercise as a means of promoting health, the corresponding suggestions, and countermeasures are put forward to improve and improve the health of the urban workers in the Tibetan areas.
