【 摘 要 】
In view of the low service quality of China's general aviation industry policy, this paper combines the operational characteristics of the general aviation industry to construct a systematic and comprehensive evaluation system of general aviation industry policy service quality, and uses this index system to adopt the cloud model to general aviation industry policy service quality. Conduct an assessment and analyze the service quality of China's general aviation industry policy based on the results of the assessment, so as to provide a basis for policy formulation for general aviation industry.
