【 摘 要 】

The effect of electrolyte salts, such as LiPF6, LiClO4, LiCF3SO3, and LiBF4, on the redox reactions of lithium ions at a SiC electrode was investigated, focusing on the interfacial reaction between the SiC electrode and the electrolyte solution. Lithium salts were found to exert a large influence on the magnitude of resistance of the solid-electrolyte interphase (SEI), and its reversible and irreversible capacities. There was negligible effect on the potential at which the SEI was generated, but the amount of charge required for generation was greatly affected by the type of lithium salt used.
