【 摘 要 】

The paper describes the method of empirical mode decomposition and its application in the analysis of data obtained by laser measurement of deformation. The issues of the method adaptation to actual data are discussed. The described method allows tracing monotonous trend and slow term of deformation much more efficient as against the conventional techniques. Furthermore, the method is also good in removal of noise and high-frequency components from signals.
