【 摘 要 】
Partial shading makes output curve of photovoltaic array non-linear, in this paper, the working characteristics of PV cells were simulated based on the mathematical model of PV cells, the reason and the solution of the thermal spot effect of the photovoltaic array were analysed, the output characteristics of different photovoltaic arrays were deduced and analysed. The simulation results show that in the case of different shadows, the output power of the different array structure is different. We can choose the appropriate PV array structure according to the actual environmental conditions to improve the power generation efficiency.
