【 摘 要 】

analysis of modern tendencies of construction activity shows particular urgency of the wooden housing construction direction. In the article author analyzes content of wooden housing construction, reasons for such construction, factors which have an influence on cost. Routine calculation of cost of the typical wooden house was made for possibility of assessment of the cost structure for such a building. Methods for support of the development of wooden housing construction are shown.
