【 摘 要 】
The change in the performance characteristics of sealing and anti friction materials of pipeline armature exposed to a microwave electromagnetic field of low specific power 4-5 W/cm3was studied. The dimensional and mass fluoroplastics and the change in the compliance of the sealing rubber were evaluated. It was established that the treatment in a microwave electromagnetic field with a frequency of 2,450 MHz with a specific power of 4-5 W/cm3for 4 minutes ensures a reduction in the size and mass wear upon contact. Besides, the compliance of the rubber increases by 20-64 %, depending on the degree of deformation of the counter-body - by 55 and 25 %. After microwave treatment in a similar mode, the malleability of the rubber increases by 20-64 %, depending on the degree of deformation.
