【 摘 要 】
The paper reviews research data of hybrid of reactive power compensation for Metro electric power substations. Comparative compensation analysis has been made and the control system for the suggested device has been developed; besides, mathematic simulation has been carried out, as a result of which the power factor of substation has been increased from 0.5 to 0.97-0.99.
