【 摘 要 】
To comprehensively construct environmental automatic monitoring has become the urgent need of environmental management, is a major measure to implement the scientific outlook on development and build a harmonious socialist society, and is an inevitable choice of "building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society", which is of great importance and profound significance to adjust the economic structure and transform growth pattern.
