【 摘 要 】

Perm Krai is a region with a high level of parasitic disease, which depends on the presence of natural focal points of infection, water pollution and social conditions. The article analyses the role of ecological state of water bodies and social conditions on the basis of population survey. It is confirmed that the pollution of water bodies is not a determinant factor of the spread of helminthiasis among the population. Social factors come to the fore.
