【 摘 要 】
The article considers the necessity to apply a user profile operating with the earth remote sensing information used in the environmental monitoring. The stages of forming a user profile are presented; a dynamic profile model is given. It allows to take into account both long-term and short-term profiles. The main attention is paid to the following issues in describing the stages of user personalization: monitoring the user's activity; creating user profiles; evaluating the effectiveness of personification. The proposed approach has been successfully implemented for the environmental monitoring of the power plants.
