【 摘 要 】

The need to determine the degree and nature of government intervention in the activities of agricultural organizations, the organization of production management in general, and certain types of products determine the relevance of research topics. Using a level approach to the concept of "board", the main features of the organization, industry, territory, and state management are highlighted.
