Scientific and applied research in the field of monitoring the state and trends of development of the regional agro-industrial complex (AIC) is becoming a very important and objectively necessary in the context of permanently changing geo- A nd macroeconomic conditions, as well as in the aspect of the risk of globalization and integration. All this requires the development of syncretic forms, methods, and approaches to the system of management and organization of the national economy, which ultimately should be harmoniously synthesized in the structure and content of the socio-economic strategy of competitive development of agriculture at the regional level and the level of macroeconomics.
