【 摘 要 】

This research aims to improve the efficiency of the gasification by self-steam gasifier stove (SSG) which has been designed to produce steam for using gasification system.The waste heat is generated around the heat exchanger with water for steam production. Then the experiment was conducted to produce syngas from an air gasification and self-steam gasificaion using Refuse-derived fuels (RDF) from municipal solid waste. The RDF with density of 930 kg/m3 and feed rate of 10 kg/hr was used as a fuel for gasification. The ER was varied from 0.15-0.50 in order to study the production of the producer gas and evaluate optimum point of heating value and cold gas efficiency for Comparison between air gasification and Self-steam gasification. From the experiment, it was found that The air gasification had optimum ER of 0.35,with maximum syngas heating value of 5.87 MJ/Nm3 and The Self-steam gasification had optimum ER of 0.30 and steam feed rate of 0.96 kg/hr, with maximum syngas heating value of 6.56 MJ/Nm3. The self-steam gasifier shows higher cold-gas efficiency than the conventional gasifier of 13. 87%
