【 摘 要 】

With the energy crisis and environmental problems becoming serious, the new energy vehicle industry has become one of the seven strategic emerging industries in China. Based on the input and output data of the NEV policy, this paper uses DEA method to quantitatively evaluate the relative input and output efficiency of the NEV policy in the selected 10 cities of NEV promotion and application. Through comparative analysis, it is found that Beijing, Shanghai and other cities have not achieved the optimal relative policy efficiency, and some suggestions are put forward to improve the policy efficiency.
