【 摘 要 】

Faced with the dilemma of low-skill manufactures in the process of value-creation, this paper presents factors of all interest bodies in the entire industry chain and sets up the value-creation game model of resources complementarity, collaborative production, management control for the goal of low-skill manufactures value optimization.
