【 摘 要 】

Steel slag-blast furnace slag-zeolite (SBZ) binder is a low-clinker cement, which can be used for solidification/stabilization of heavy metals. The solidification efficiency of SBZ binder for heavy metal is proved higher than that of OPC cement in most cases but the cost is lower. The solidification/stabilization mechanism of SBZ binder was discussed. Hydrated calcium silicate, hydrated calcium aluminate, ettringite, and zeolite in the system have important contributions to solidification/stabilization of heavy metals.
