【 摘 要 】
The consumption of renewable energies has become a priority task in energy-rich areas such as Changji, Xinjiang Province, China. Changji government has proposed a project to replace the traditional heating devices into electrical heating devices, known as electrified changji project. This paper focuses on the promotion of the plan and assesses the economic benefit of this plan using evolutionary game theory. The results of the optimization show greater benefit can be achieved by appropriate compromising from both the participators.
