【 摘 要 】

The article presents an overview of the work on the creation of a mathematical model of self-oscillating systems for converting the energy of the moving flow of the medium. The principle of their work and their inherent advantages are described. The method of measurement and processing of the array of kinematical data during the operation of the wind turbine is considered. The evaluation of the efficiency of self-oscillating wind turbines is given.
