【 摘 要 】

The comfort and safety of buildings largely depends on the radiation properties of the building materials used. Therefore, an important problem for the construction industry is radiation and hygienic support of technological processes and construction. In many ways, the solution of the problem depends on the implementation of legislation in the field of population restriction from effects of natural radionuclide. The article presents the results of studies of the specific activities of natural radionuclide of building materials produced and used in the territory of the Volgograd region. Radiation monitoring in construction is necessary to ensure the radiation safety of the population.
