【 摘 要 】

The development and utilization of urban underground space has become an effective means to solve the urban land tension. In China, with the rapid development of a large number of medium-sized cities, most of which urban population has exceeded one million, urban land increasingly tense. The development and utilization of urban underground space is an inevitable trend in the future. This paper starts from the present situation of the secondary city development and utilization of underground space, the general characteristics of urban development are summarized, and the type of underground space development and utilization are analyzed, and puts forward the key points in the development and utilization of underground space.
