【 摘 要 】

Through the research on the current situation of the popularization and application of BIM technology in China, it is found that its penetration rate is still very low compared with developed countries. With the five main factors affecting the speed of dissemination of new technologies, and based on China's social structure, economic development level and social and cultural trends, the important factor of the use cost is introduced, so as to analyze the obstacles of BIM diffusion in China. Finally, some feasible suggestions are made for these obstacles.
