【 摘 要 】

This paper presents a basis of the energy flexibility market and rules how all market actors can participate on it. It also describes and summarises financial results of a business case elaborated during project implementation. The e-balance system/platform itself is a result of the European (FP7) collaborative project: E-balance (2013-2017): Balancing the energy production and consumption in energy efficient smart neighbourhoods.
