【 摘 要 】
The relevance of improving pumps used in thermal stabilization systems and increasing their service life by reducing the radial forces on the rotor of the impeller is considered. The influence of the guide vane on the characteristics of a compact high-speed centrifugal pump is investigated. With the help of hydrodynamic modeling in STAR CCM + software package, the values of head, efficiency, radial force and power for two pumps were obtained. A comparison of the obtained characteristics of a pump with a spiral and a bladed stator was carried. The advantages and disadvantages of the guide vane are determined and recommendations for improving its characteristics are given.
