【 摘 要 】

A device for efficient, quasi-continuous preparation of SiOx (x = 1 or 2) powders is proposed with detailed structure and working principle. The reaction device is named Crucible-Rotating-Up Furnace (CRUF) according to the characteristics of the device. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used to evaluate test samples. The results show that high purity SiO gas was generated in the CRUF. Thus, SiO2 powder can be produced by this new device.
