【 摘 要 】

We propose an algorithm based on the varying probabilities method and agent model for solving problems of optimal location of the agents (forces) counteracting the spread of natural spontaneous dynamic processes, calculation of optimal localization trajectories and grouping (clustering) of such agents by localizable processes.
