【 摘 要 】
Ceramic materials based on silicon carbide, SiC fibers reinforced were densely obtained by hot pressed at 1850°C. SiC fibers were obtained by siliconizing. Yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) was used as an activating additive in an amount of 8 wt.%. The highest level of physical and mechanical properties was achieved ρ = 3,19±0,01 g/cm3; δ = 571±33 MPa; K1C = 5,7±0,1 MPa•m1/2 in the material reinforced with 5 wt.% SiC fibers.
