【 摘 要 】
The paper is devoted to the microplasma synthesis of radiation-absorbing coatings on VT1-0 titanium alloy surface. This method allows the formation of thin nanostructured non-metallic inorganic films. The process is carried out in an electrolyte solution. Iron and cobalt compounds in forms of potassium hexacyanoferrate and cobalt (II) acetate are added to the solution in the present work. It is shown that the formed coatings have high coefficients of electromagnetic radiation absorption in the terahertz range and in the near-infrared spectrum.
