【 摘 要 】
This paper presents a drag device which can provide driving force for sludge cleaning scraper in rainwater storage tank without any external energy. Based on its structure and principle, the design formula for the device is deduced. The working condition is analysed, the results of analysis show that the drag device can offer a large range of two-way pulling force for scraper device automatically and it has a great work environment adaptability.
