【 摘 要 】

This article is devoted to the issue of technical diagnostics in urban electric transport. To resolve the issue, it is necessary to translate the qualitative determination of the TS on some quantitative basis. The formalization of qualitative definitions is a necessary condition for the construction of formal (computable) diagnostic algorithms.
