【 摘 要 】

Authors are looking within their research grant new original web local search algorithm respecting specifics of Czech national environment. We would like to initiate further debate on topic. We are addressing three subtasks that include: identification of user geographical location, identification of web locality and final algorithm design working with these information altogether.
